Begging and pleading is an effective way to get what you want and Gord is a master of the language. Convincing the boat yard manager that he should let Mike and Betts park their boat into the haul out slip on Sun night, as they will be flying out at 6:30 am and their boat is not due for haul out till 9am. Mission accomplished and peace of mind for Mike as well as less stress on Gord. We'll do a little bit of work on their boat after haul out and we'll see them next year.
